Solution: People was born out of a desire to make a difference for smaller-scale employers who need the sort of expertise they are unlikely to have access to, in-house.

We don't have hidden costs or charge for the type of chat that helps to build a positive, professional relationship. You will only ever speak to the person you know, and who knows your business. It really can be that simple!

With Solution: People you will pay only for the deliverables you need; whether it's a project, an investigation, support during a meeting, or something else people management-related.

Hi, I'm Kerry. I'm the owner of Solution: People Ltd.
​
If you've scrolled this far, it's possible you're looking to find out a bit more about me, as an individual, to see if we might work well together. Will Solution: People be the right fit for your business?
​
Having spent the majority of my working life as an employee, I was presented with the opportunity to try something I had been aspiring to for some time; venturing out on my own. After 12 months of working as a sole trader, in April 2018, my new limited company was formed.
​
​Solution: People was born out of a desire to break free of the bureaucracy of large, multi-national corporations, and make a difference for smaller-scale employers who need the sort of expertise they are unlikely to be in a position to employ, in-house.
​
As an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager and Business Partner, I have studied managing people/HR, I have taught people management (for the HR world's professional body, amongst others), and I have lived and breathed the profession in a number of roles, across many industries, and all three sectors.
​
From handling achievement to managing zealots (A - Z, see what I did there?!), I honestly have all the t-shirts. From the mundane to the extraordinary (and sometimes completely bizarre), there are many issues a well-rounded people management professional, such as myself, will have dealt with. It's what makes my work so interesting!
